As believers, we are called to be the salt and light of this world. We’re called to be different. Yet it can often feel daunting to manifest our identity as the sons and daughters of God across every area of our lives. Yet imagine a world in which we, as Christians, are so grounded in who we are in Christ that we no longer hold back how we show up.
Despite our insecurities and imperfections, we show up, knowing that we are the beloved children of an Almighty God. We show up, knowing that our goal is to glorify our Father as we reconcile our calling in business to partake in His redemption story. We show up, knowing that our good Shepherd guides us perfectly even if our career and life paths may not make sense at the moment. Imagine a world in which believers shape the culture of the world rather than follow it.
At Believers in Business 2024, we seek to inspire you with stories of those who have shown up in such a way in their workplaces, families, and communities. We hope to inspire you through worship and fellowship with brothers and sisters who are on a similar journey as you. As we hear radically inspiring stories, we hope that you leave the conference being moved to become the person who is radically inspiring.

Believers in Business is a student-run national conference for equipping and encouraging Christian MBA students and young professionals to live out their lives and careers for the glory of God. It provides a forum for honest discussion on opportunities, challenges, and strategies for following Christ in the marketplace in such a way that people grow in their relationship with the Lord and are equipped to impact others.
Today, the conference is planned in partnership between InterVarsity’s National MBA Ministry and a Student Leadership Team.
Believers in Business was founded in 2006 at the Yale School of Management by Professor David W. Miller and several MBA students. Initially called “Yale Christian MBA Business Conference,” the conference was renamed to Believers in Business in 2011 and moved to New York City.
